The highlight of the 2015 festival returns as the signature event of Canmore Uncorked 2022. A unique, multi-sensory food and music pairing experience, the Culinary Symphony features a series of performances by Toronto-based classical group, Duo Gelato, paired exquisitely with culinary creations prepared by a team of local Canmore chefs.

The result is an extravagant 5-course dinner that will touch the soul, and bring the dining experience to an entirely different level.
